Refunds are issued for full-priced merchandise returned in original, unworn, unused, unwashed condition. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus the shipping fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of any merchandise that do not meet the above requirements.

Exchanges are offered on sale and full-priced items. Please include the style number and size of the product you would like in exchange for the item originally purchased.

Clearance Items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return merchandise, even if for exchange. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. MIAMI TRASH SWIMWEAR is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment.
